Slovenian criminal law identifies the following conduct related to cybercrime:
abuse of personal data aquired by by breaking into a computerised data bank, unauthorised entry or intrusion into a computer system and the fabrication of tools intended for such intrusions.

The substantive criminal law is mostly in line with provisions of the Council of Europe Cybercrime Convention. However, there are problems especially regarding the anlogical use of some provisions of the Criminal code due to the special nature of cybercrime.
